- 3:30pm Please form a line at the curb in front of the clinic, while remaining in your vehicles. When you see a team member, roll down your window and let us know which pet(s) you are picking up – we will advise you with further instruction!
- If you are running late we ask that you call us: 860-206-7922 – Please do not approach or enter the building. A $25 late fee will be applied if you are over 15 minutes late.
