- 4:45pm Please form a line at the curb in front of the clinic (your passenger side facing the clinic) while remaining in your vehicles. When you see a team member, roll down your window and let us know which pet(s) you are picking up – we will advice you with further instruction!
- If you are running late we ask that you call us: 860-206-7922 – PLEASE do not approach or enter the building. A $25 late fee will be applied if you arrive later than our closing time (5pm).
